ELGIN Gramophone Needle Tin.   A beautiful square tin with an winged angel holding a gramophone needle tin.  Other versions of this tin are branded ELCIN and there is also one made for the domestic Japanese market which is not in English.  These can be seen in my Square Tin Collection Gallery.  A very scarce tin.
