TRANS Gramophone Needle Tin

Unusual shaped TRANS gramophone needle tin from Japan.  This is the only one of this shape I have seen.  The tin is in good collectible condition as you can see in the photographs.  

It measures 43mm (w) x 52mm (h) x 10mm (d).
