TEICHIKU Gramophone Needle Tin

TEICHIKU brand gramophone needle tin. One of the most desirable triangle needle tins you will see and certainly one of the most attractive from the Japanese tin makers.  Teichiku is an abbreviation for Teikoku Chikuonki (帝国蓄音機) meaning imperial records and was the previous name of the company that became Teichiku Records in 1934.  The tin is in very good condition as can be seen in the photographs but has a scratch to the front which is reflected in the price.
